Smiley, I don't know about hate, but I know that Sanjay Kapoor's kids had been in a rather close relationhip to SRK's kids (especially Suhana)...but Boney Kapoor's ones hadn't been...

Ananya was trying to get a movie with her brother a while back (they're looking at someone else because ananya failed all the look/chemistry tests miserably) but now with ARK I think Ananya will focus on working with the slightly older lot.

Honestly, I feel for the pressure those star-kids have to go through...did they ever get an option for another choice than working as actresses?

Anyone watch rhe Sunny and Bobby epi? How was that?

Hopefully these promos are the worst of it because both come across as annoying and try hard.

Sara definitely did. She’s a Columbia University graduate and there’s no way she wouldn’t have been able to find work in another field in India given her family connections. And if she had chosen to go for post graduate I’m confident her father, who is known for not wanting her to become an actress, would have paid for it.

According to Ananya’s PR she did too as she got accepted into UCLA. Her grandparents are doctors. There’s no way you grow up in a family like that and not have other options for a career.

I have yet to see a star kid post 2000s who has become an actor for the actual love of the art. Some from before 2000s probably didn’t either. But it seems like for almost all of them it’s the fame and adulation that attracts them. The dream and ambitions of being loved by millions and millions and becoming household names. Some might also consider it easy money. But probably not the ones who considered calling directors for roles a struggle. And I’m sure a few see it as their rightful place given their family connections within the industry.
