LOL word.....SP toh aajkal alag level ka comedy channel ho gaya hai in lazy copy/paste across the board.....matlab itna bedhadak hoke saamne se dikhaa rahe hain ki haan we will copy/paste the exact plot from another show on this channel two years back - ukhaad lo jo bhi ukhaadna hai.....the sense of ENTITLEMENT ki audience should tune in for such obviously lazily put together trash.

Ekta shows ki bhi stories may have been similar but back then template of shows was also similar ki every show will have businessman ML and some middle class girl toh understandable if same story hai of some drama in shaadi and then saas-bahu stuff.....lol but yeh SP waale jis Bengali writer ke shows back to back remake ka remake kar rahe hain, these are not stories set in any regular zone ki copy/paste logon ko notice nahin hoga

Ek toh mujhe yeh bhi too funny lagta hai ki in logon ko abhi tak samajh nahin aaya why Imlie was a hit to that extent and why the initial story worked cuz of that kind of execution which the show just never had since.

Arre but baat toh wohi hai na ven then eekta didn't copy paste the execution of promos twists to this extent yeah ok on paper they may be similar but she did manage to bring kuch na kuch distinctive factor in those besides as we always say her actors were always top notch also her basic template was still very basic ke ek joint family gai usme turns and twists wahan se nikal li ji bhi nikalna hai toh that is tph still pretty generic na in the sense that most people lived in a big family on daily basis toh you can't exactly call it copy paste..IYKWIM this is isi liye more easily caught too caz how common is it ke aisi situation ho..

This is HILARIOUS !! Isse achha Imlie ka re-run kar dete, this is exact copy thoda sa bhi idhar udhar nahi, such a sasta copy of Imlie, lol!! Actors bhi ekdam thakele hai, execution even more so.

A huge round of applause for the casting department a rare show where they are showing an indo African tribe and all but have casted authentic actors and not just poto Kalakaua on people to make them look black and just sheer sensitivity with the whole tribe thing and how we hurt nature in turn nature hustys us..the sheer magic in a catastrophe unfolding in the utmost serene setting is worth talking about. Humne hamesha Sina hai kaala paani ki saza but usko itne beautifully use karna and explain karna why is it kaala paani I can't with the brilliance in the depth of the content yet it never feels too hard to keep up with ya itna philosophical ke it starts looking pretentious..a show worth watching over and over amd I don't say that generally for web shows plz watch it

WORD!! You have summed it up so so perfectly, its exact thought and feelings I have after finishing the show. It really makes you look within, question yourself and leaves you feeling uneasy. The end where LG is talking about survival of the fittest and how it plays out vis a vis the Orakas was done so amazingly well. It hits you on so many levels, it makes you retrospect and shows us a mirror. The way they ended the show just highlights the understated and subtle tone of the show. Leaves you with so many questions but does not make a commentary or judgement on who is right or wrong. As a viewer you can clearly see how the choices that each individual makes impacts and changes the course of lives of so many people.


The writing, casting, direction was top notch. The sheer beauty of the Islands and its waterhad such a calming impact, that lullaby❤️.

Really! It is one show where I didn't hate anybody maybe besides atom ke heads or that kaat in start but then it was such a True poetrayel of gray that I couldn't help but eventually like him simply for how amazingly they showed the gray area but still did not throw him off the fence for him to be hated to the core.. the dad was actually one of my favs I. The sense that his sheer struggle to get to his kids the survival instincts what will a father do it was shown so s0 beautifully sure he had gray in him too but one can see where it was stemming from ..from losing everything to protect whatever little he has for the little bit left it was sheer trying to hold onto something ..not right but can we even call it wrong.. sure it is easy to keep a moral high ground but then after losing so much how can you just let it happen..it wasn't the right decision per say but from a father's POV his selfish need was very human... and it is such well enacted role too..my other fav was definitely chiru.. apart from Dr singh ofcourse

Trailer is good and it seems like they've kept the story crisp with just 4 episodes rather than trying to drag a whole 10 episode season out of it.
