Yep, no sane person would be alive after witnessing so many deaths and failures in life.

In the context of YRKKH, she couldn't manage any of the relationship wholly nor she was able to make the right choices for situations. Yet, she will live through all of this. She is a person whose heart and mind are made of steel lol. She will live whether people are with her or not. Makers can go into further and might come up with the reason behind her new-found courage to live is the baby.
