Definitely! She is indeed gaslighting Neeti. As I said Pari is a chachoondar woman who behaves like a small child who lurks around her friends toys and plays with the toy in every opportunity and then says that the toy is yours only.

Pari is so dumb ki usko situation ki nazookta nahi samajh ararahi. Sanju/Rajeev is not a toy of Neeti that she can lurk around and play with Koi iss chachoondar ko samjhaye yeh baat.
