Ekta treats her cast n crew alot better than thu thu thu uncle.She even stands up for her actors.Infact she even came on yhm sets for a proper farewell n even had cake cutting n even talked about her attachment to yhm and how for the first time they had a cake cutting on any set of her show on last day.Rajan shahi is arrogant n stupid thanks to upma success.

Lol It is laughable how ppl were joking about conspiracy theories about characters butchering and all. Seeing how RS is absent for OG S3 cast farewell proves rumors and the theories are true. They gave a fine farewell to JS which is fine as he is also an actor. What about the actors who gave their time and hardwork for the past two years? Such an ungrateful PH indeed.

They think people are tools that that can be discarded easily. If they think because of them they get fame, then I can say without actors any PH HOUSE WON'T survive. It works both ways 😇. Actors are also humans and if anyone is quiting because of injustice it is their right to do that. I am glad that they quit from this hell. No actor deserve this kind of PH.

Ekta has atittudes and all but she treats artists well. Also she speaks for them as all. Recently, she spoke in support for Hina Khan and Ankita for some issue in BB.

That is every employer's notion. It is not just applicable to film and tele industry. In commercial settings, some employers are of the view that employees are getting paid and their survival are because of them. Some are too egoistic to understand that without staff there won't be any organization.

The mindset of ‘you are getting paid to do a job’ ..! I resent it! But I’m happy DKP is on spotlight for their nasty behavior. It will take a toll on them and I m waiting for more justice and karma posts from the team!

How can a PH hate all their employees so much that they take it out on their audience?YRKKH was still one of the top ITV shows through all the off-screen drama. Even their lowest TRP was higher than most other channels'. That means crores of people tuned in everyday to follow these characters. If not Harshad, crores of Indians deserved a decent closure to Abhimanyu, Abhir, Aarohi, etc's story. How can someone be so egotistical that they become disrespectful towards the very people paying for the food on their table?And the 100s of people who work for 10-12 hours, 7 days a week despite whoever you think is wrong? The least they deserve is an acknowledgment, if not gratitude. Toxic employer galore.L

I also hate that mindset. Thats very cheap. I hope they will get what they deserve through by having this show go off-air.

DKP knows even if they treat actors horribly people will still come to get fame, especially newbies. This is like a golden opportunity for them nuh. Thats why they purposefully recruited newbies.

Yep, it is disgusting indeed. Though YRKKH was not no.1 it was among top serials. Just by ruining the story and character's arc just like that, not only do they insult actors but also the audience. This season is the worst. Even though Kartik chara was not received a good farewell, I believe he at least got a good story in the second season. But makers just killed their third season without any remorse or care. That is very disappointing.

The only one in Gen3 who got a farewell event was Abhinav only. Neil actor and Papa Birla actor also left before 2nd leap- both of them were important part of the story but they didn’t get any farewell. So all those rumors are proven to be true.

Neil didn't get a proper farewell? Did he have an issue with PH?
