I see 2 things here.

The Vanshaj Battle hasn't even started IMO. It will start after Prem is vindicated and then she ask for her rights. Yuvika can't just straight up come and demand CEO rights from someone who is rightfully the heir. No matter how bad DJ has been working and the company was doing well. So unless she proves herself or proves her father was unfairly treated she has no rights on Vanshaj post.

2nd The story has been changed because of what they read or hear since they are shooting cut to cut.

I wouldn't be surprised if its the 1st point. Indian tv is garbage but sometimes there are exceptions :)

I have mentioned this too,

The battle of Vanshaj will begin only when Yuvika will realise Prem had to die because of that bloody chair. So that will be the basic ground for Yuvika to target that Chair.
