Uske baad all the blame came on FL, wasn't allowed to meet Neil who was the only one who actually loved her. Same day ML started throwing stuffs around in his room knowing FL lost her devar who more than a brother, misscarried her twins.

The great mahaan most loving ML kept divorce papers in him room cupboard and made FL to sign it.

FL left later and met Abhinav in the way.

Found one of the baby is alive

Called up ML to let him know but he did drama and didn't heard.

Caught by police for prostitution, kicked out of hostel as she was pregnant without the father being around.

Abhinav helped and cared about her and her baby.

So in short the best doctor of India and best lover did all these shit

And also, I think when Abhi and his family found out that Akshara's son is also his son they tried to forcibly take him and block Akshara's contact with him

But from what I have heard in S1 ML left India with FL when she was blamed

In S2 from what I have heard both leads were blamed for killing people.
