Again it was a really good episode. Totally loved some of the performances.

Maithili was good but I don't think she deserved the golden mike directly. She got in the 1st round audition too.

Dipan was excellent, sang with full control. At this moment I like him more than Shubhodeep.

Piyush perfomed one of my favourite songs and it was very soulful. Loved it.

Anjana performed like a rockstar. So many variations, enjoyed her performance. She is definitely a strong contender this time. It will interesting to witness her journey in the show.

Mahima & Surender were good too.

Utkarsh chose one of the most difficult Arijit songs and he did very well. He has really become a fine singer.

And my most favourite was hands down Obom. What a beautiful voice he has and my God those improvisations were killer. He's already my favourite.

Disappointed that they didn't show some of the contestants who were promising in 1st round, like Pawan, Ajay...

Kumar Sanu & Kavita Ji's duet was lovely.

I like the way Vishal keeps his mike away during the performances most of the time.

I didn’t get to watch yesterday’s episode. Even today I just watched one performance until the website crashed!! Did the guy who sang mitwa get selected?

WHAT TALENT THIS TIME!! Almost happy with the Top 15 selection! I am still a bit apprehensive about Mitali and Adya because their voice was clearly shaking when they went to the high notes but I think what works for them are really distinct voices. I liked the nakhre Mitali bought in Hungama Ho Gaya though.

Anjana was amazing! I'm glad unlike what I'd thought, she didn't experiment too much with the song. Her control over her voice is top notch. I'm most happy about the fact that after winning IIJ, she actually went and learnt different styles of singing for the last ten years and it shows. She will have an upperhand though due to her reality show and stage show experience.

I absolutely loved Utkarsh. It's unbelievable that the guy is just 18!! What quality of voice! Pure gold. I personally loved his version more than Arijit. Same thing happened when Shubhodeep sang Ami Je Tomar last week. Really looking forward to this season, hope it does justice to the talent of the singers!

Questions about the 4th judge thing which is the set audience. How did you guys like the idea? Are they going to have them throughout the season or

Is it just for theatre round audition? Also is this scripted?

Ps. I could only remember altgr and momma’s Id so tagged them but others can share their opinion too.

I think they will use the crowd as judge this time only to do that performance LIT hai thing.

I had a busy weekend so I just caught Saturday's episode and will watch Sunday's episode tomorrow.

So about that Saturday episode. OH MY GOD.

I've seen some great episodes of singing shows over the years. But I've never been so enthralled that I scrapped my notes on performances because of how amazing it was.

Every performance was amazing. Some better than others, but there wasn't a single performance that wasn't at least really good. By the time Albela Sajan was performed, it was clear we were witnessing a special episode and that giving notes about every performance, or any performance, would be moot. If you talk about one performer, you have to talk about the others. There are at least 10 people in this season that could be runaway winners in most seasons. It's that good.

The judges chemistry was great, even in Shreya's absence. Kumar Sanu's humor and style never gets old. Vishal continues to be in the best spirits. Kavita filled in perfectly. Her presence as a guest is always great on every show as is. She might be even better as a judge than as a guest.

My only issues with the show so far are that only one person can win, and that once Sunday is over, I have to wait six days to experience a new episode. It's different this week because I'm a few days late, but you get the point.

The producers have one job. Don't get in the way now. Let the show continue the way it is going. If they don't interfere, this will go down as one of the best seasons in the history of singing shows. It has been that special.

Even I didn’t think maithili was that good to get the golden mike on the spot, when they deferred the decision for Gayatri & Dipin.

I enjoyed Dipin’s performance more than shubradeep’s. He was superb.

Piyush has a very soothing tonal quality that comes with a lot of feel - similar to Sonu Nigam. Loved it. 👍

Obam & Anjana are 2 other favourites of mine.

What a talent pool, they have got this time! At this stage all look promising to be finalists ! 👍.

Sanu - Kavita duet was awesome, but did she lipsynch? Or maybe the SonyLIV app had a recording issue there, there was a nano second mismatch between Kavitaji’s lip movements & sound .

Just finished Sunday's episode. It was good, but probably the first episode of the season that I didn't love.

Maithili is one of those singers that has clear skills, but whose voice and singing style completely puts me off. Not my cup of tea at all, but every season has someone like this.

The guy who sang Mitwa is very good. He wasn't as good this time as his first time ,but he was a good palate cleanser from Maithili's performance.

The guy with dadi issues is too good. So soothing and relaxing to listen to.

I'm sorry but I can't with Anjana. She gives me vibes of my least favorite participant from the infamous 2020 -2021 season. She'll be my weekly skip I guess.

Surendar is amazing. I'll never get tired of hearing him perform. I hope he makes it far.

The montage was a comboof hit and miss but served its purpose.

The bromance guys are a vibe.They complement each other really well. Karnoi is ok by himself but at his best with someoene to work with. Vishal nailed it with his comments about them.

Kumar Sanu and Kavita Krishnamurti are timeless legends. Listening to them for just 2 minutes a day can uplift anyone's mood and take them back to better times instantly.

Ankhiyon Ke Jarokon Se is one of my mom's all-time favorite songs. Anyone that can do justice to this song instantly gets my vote. Mahima has my support for sure.

Utkarsh is a good singer but also very technical. No idea how far he can go, but he's worthy.

Overall the top 15 is mostly awesome. It's a shame that every season of every show has at least a couple of singers that get in over better ones, but they have to appeal to as many bases as possible I guess. Hopefully some of the singers that didn't make it will find their opportunity on a future season or a different show. Lord knows SRGMP could've used some of them, if only their new formula wasn't so awful.

I am hopeful that the show can retain the momentum it got from these first three weeks. If it can, it will be a special season as long as producers don't mess it up.
