The way she shouted at him made it very clear that she ended things between them and she didn't even come to meet him when he was going to jail. Since police came to arrest Viaan at Raghuvanshi house, she did come to meet him all the way from Katha house in goregaon to Raghuvanshi house in Bandra but, she didn't face him. Why she didn't face him can have various explanations. Ask Viaan stans, they will say she is selfish. Ask some neutral person, they will say how can she face Teji, Ehsan and Viaan when her family is the reason he is going to jail and she has already asked Viaan to leave. She is running away from herself.

About Viaan, he is tenacious. He went great lengths to understand why Katha asked for a crore and what did she do with it. He also went great length to woe Katha. She is his first love and some of the best moments of his life has been spent with her so, I don't think he will give up that easily. He just wants to talk to her and know what she thinks of him. Let's see what reaction he has when he realizes that Katha has moved on with Raghav.

Wouldn't you run away too? If you encounter your ex who clearly still thinks that there's a possibility of reconciliation, in a public setting, with your to-be husband and a new daughter. She doesn't want a confrontation in front of everyone. And wants to delay that conversation as much as possible. Some things merit running away like a coward, especially knowing that you're at fault.

Calling your fiance Mr. Raghuvanshi was the height of embarrassment for them, along with referring to each other as "aap".

I can never imagine calling my partner "aap". Even their fights or minor disagreements or whatever they had were so polite

There is a thing which I want to point out

One of the reasons I think is justified for Katha to run away is that ONS reveal which was supposed to be impossible to reveal is out. From two people it went to Raghuvanshi family, then Grewal family. What if this spreads even more? What explanation will Katha give to Aarav and other outsiders which are close to her? Why is she ready to live with her abuser? The way Maaya Mausi still didn't give up on plotting and as a last resort asked Reet to spread the fire, I don't think I will trust on Viaan that he will handle everything.

Also, it is evident that any amount of explanation is going to do no good. I would say that Katha underestimated the reaction of everyone else in her confrontation with Maaya Mausi when she said that she will tell about this to everyone. But, neither she or Viaan understood the gravity of the situation.

Kavita was even disgusted at herself and Viaan. Katha did explain it to Grewal family and even defended Viaan - "Kabhi kabhi halat bhi acche logon se galti karwa deta hai" (something along this line) despite being in miserable condition. She came in front of gun.

Viaan was simply traumatized by hearing the name of his father and Katha had to address that night again and again and also defend Viaan who was reason for her trauma and everyone including Viaan will not fkin stop talking about that night. But, all this defense did very little bcoz the point is, what was Viaan doing with an employee in a hotel room. It questions his very character.

However, this reasoning has not been shown. It may be shown in future then audience will realize the gravity of the situation. However, they have made Aarav as the only reason Katha is running away. He should be a reason but, not only reason. Others are also connected as well.

The thing which is happening that is Katha moving on and running away from her past is justified from a neutral perspective but, reasoning is not given a proper shape by the writers.

Also, this is the entire reason why ONS reveal was kind of dead end for this love story realistically. It is very difficult to live with such a past and with constant fear of getting exposed.

Viaan is politeness ki murti, he would be best husband for any girl. Wife can vent out whenever she wants without reason, he will hug her on that situation too.

TBH that was a track I was looking fwd to after marriage. The awkwardness of the ONS raising its ugly head in the privacy of their bedroom and how they help each other get through it slowly. But that is too much work for the writers, so attack viewers with tried and tested rubbish instead.

Exactly. I was looking forward to them finally addressing that night after marriage. To them finally becoming comfortable enough with each other to maybe joke about it without hurting. Maybe with a kind of role reversal with Katha ready to consummate their marriage and Viaan having performance anxiety
