If only creatives and writers listened to us instead of forcing narratives and characters unrelated to the original story or whatever they had shown up until WD! and yes, you are spot on abt the promos, story execution being AK pov without actually ever getting an honest POV thoughts from her.
And I honestly believe becos they couldn’t fix her this season, they r going to keep her around for the next gen (unlike her mom and grandma) and fix her up with a brand new whitewash/backstory during her 40s/50s. And exactly what the whitewash is going to be, is probably the mystery! I might watch a few initially episodes to see who died and who lived. But that would be the extent of my patience.

You’re better than me. I’m planning to only read to see what they did with the next gen. As I kept getting surer that reunion was not likely, I barely watched the episodes. I did start back up after Nav died but the whole pregnancy had put me off. The makers may think they want to start afresh and pretend like Birlas didn’t exist even but how can they make the people forget? If they kill Ab without giving him any happiness, it will put off many people.

PH did not read the weather well this year. Just look at BW, so many romcoms and all did so well. That’s the mood of the general public and to keep shoving such depressing stuff is obviously a put off. After this experience, only the bravest or most loyal viewer will continue. Anyway, I’ve been detached for a while, so I’m not going to follow.

Writing has been so shallow and there has been a gross, willful disregard for showing any depth of emotions. In all these months not once Ak got a proper survivor’s guilt, not even after seeing Ru or Ari. Even if she is mad at Ab, she should feel something. That lack of reaction from her is not normal.

Next, every time Ab reacted in the exact opposite manner to what she claimed in her promos, how come they didn’t show her thinking or reflecting on the changes in him. Again, not how a normal person reacts, especially regarding someone she claimed to love so much. And coming to that, how it is she never remembered anything, especially after the first UP trip. Everything they showed was abnormal in terms of how humans react.

@bold: yep and that exactly why we have detached ourselves from the show. The supposed legacy fl stopped making sense..
