Actually he should be sent to asylum only. No questions asked. He is truly medically mentally ill and no crime committed under insanity is considered a criminal offence under law.
If they hand him to police he will not get any punishment, will be sent to mental hospital. That is law (hopefully appliee in Ganjaland)
Yeah Darr was criticised a lot for vilifying a person who they showed as diagnosed with mental health issues and they show hero killing an already defeated and disarmed mentally ill guy as a heroic act.
If Sahiba/Angad kill in self defence it should be ok. Like Rumi has cornered them and the only way out is killing him.
Else since Sahiba loves putting white paint on every criminal I hope she suggests sending the guy to mental hospital because he has a genuine reason in moral and legal grounds.
