What kind of mother upma is that her son just died and she started celebrating festival wearing gajra on her bun, wearing chamak challo clothes ? Isn't this too early since she was at front to blame Anoooj for killing her son but now she is busy celebrating festivals instead of mourning for her son ? Upma stans says that no one is letting her to grieve for her son but my question is that Do Upma really want to grieve for her son which no one is letting her to do so ? She is not even interested in that but only in mishter shah. Why can't the phemily wait for sometime and then celebrate whatever they want too...Purely insensitive towards Samar .

I’ve said this before and I know its insensitive to guage a mothers pain but Anupamaa’s selective grief is giving us every reason to believe she doesnt really care for anything apart from holding Anuj responsible, giving him the snub and silent treatment under the garb of needing time…fine they can celebrate Navratri but why does she have to dance? and dress up like its her wedding? they could have celebrated in a way that still shows their grief not sound and look ridiculously insenstive to the loss of a young member of the family

Exactly its insensitive to gauge at a mother's pain but what can one do when she is doing everything apart from mourning for her son.She only remembers her dead son when she wants to blame Anuj for her ego satisfaction otherwise she is busy being a maid for shah phemily serving then food, tea and water. Her grief is so flexible that no one can feel sad for her even if one wants to.You want to celebrate fine do celebrate but can't it be done on a simple manner considering they have lost a young son just few days back.Whats up with this dance and heavy clothes with gajra ? This is not how a grieving mother behaves. So how can one feel sad for her when she herself is fine with the situation ?
