Finally, End of This track AAAAAhhh

I think it was one of the longest track in this show and should have been much longer. It started from episode 170 and will most probably end on episode 225. In total,55 episodes. With introduction of Maya maasi in episode 170.

There can be many subtracks withing this track but, I will group all this as one. It is not the longest track. Longest track goes to Vaanya-Seema track which begain from episode 99 where Ehsan announced that we are going to have new joinees joining the Earthcon and this track ended at episode 169.

And, it is the worst track for obvious reasons. Not because of the outcome, it is because of the writing and screenplay and execution in general. Music, lighting and directing department is still doing wonders.

Honestly, This track was good till episode 204 but, they started to throw from episode 205. Although, there were many holes in the storyline by episode 204 but, episode 205 was breaking point.

Viaan had a very bad opinion for women but, they spent a lot of episodes to give a overview of the reason why he thinks so. Forget Viaan, Kailash Grewal, we also got to understand why he is so against Katha, because from his POV, he lost his elder son because of Katha. Even though he is wrong to think so but, there is a thinking. Leave Kailash, Enter Yuvraaj. From the very beginning of this show, we saw Yuvraaj getting rebuking from Kailash and Reet as well. So, we understood why he wants to leave his family behind and settle for an affair. His thinking was also flawed but, he had a thinking which was developed and shown on screen.

But, we got no such scene for Maya to understand her thinking. Its just that in one of the recent episodes, we got to understand the Maya's dogmatic opinion that single mothers are homewreckers because for them, their child is more important and they won't have another child because their child's priviledges will be compromised. We didn't get to hear her story why she thinks so. Neither we saw her discussing it with Teji.

They claimed they were plotting this for betterment of Viaan and Raghuvanshi heritage but, not in single episode, we got to see their concern for Viaan - How, they will hurt Viaan when his relationship will break . They were completely dehumanized. There were literally robots on the mission to break the relationship without keeping the main objective and motives in mind.

This latest reasoning that they won't accept Aarav as rightful heir to Raghuvanshis as the main reason for doing all this is the last moment addition to justify Katha leaving Viaan. I mean where was this thought process of Maya present before that? Was it shown on screeen? NO.

We never got to understand their ideology and when in 205, they were indifferent at the revelation of ONS, entire audiences outraged. I still remember tweets back then, and discussions on IF back then. I was very mad at that episode.

Personally, I feel this plot was rushed from episode 205 because Maya maasi from paris was singlehandedly dropping the TRP of this entire show. So, writers were finding ways to give her one way ticket to paris.

Not only that, from episode 205, storyline was rushed too much. Ehsan realizing the whole truth in one night, Maya and Teji calling Tripathi, Them calling CA, next day, going to Jeetu Bhai, then seeing the message, extracting the CCTV , Ehsan overhearing Maya, Kicking Neerja out of scene, Kicking Jeetu Bhai out of scene. So many big things happening in a day without proper time allocation to digest it. And, all this just to capture some stunts of Ehsan and Vaanya saving KaViaan.

And, Teji. She is a chameleon. I don't buy her goodness now. During marriage Teji was like main is mandap ke aag mein kood jaaungi. She was laughing along with Maya. Like, she was blind or something before that. Like there could have been a scene where she saw Viaan happy but, on the other end, she was crying in lap of Maya that she is hurting Viaan. But, Maya is adamant and is ready to do anything to satisfy her ego and ruin the relationship and plot for "betterment of Viaan". Then, I would have believed that Maya forced Teji and misguided her. Also, she accepting Vaanya because she has B- blood group. There should have been more scenes between them which showed it was not just because of Blood.

In short, main reason for downfall of this track was poor development of Maya and Teji and their ideologies. And, overall a rushed storytelling just to capture some stunts. Hate it but, more screentime and more episodes were required to develop Maya and Teji properly, instead of giving screentime to those parts where Maya and Teji were making plans to break relationship with dramatic music in background.

There should have been another villain to expose the ONS not mom n maasi.

moms hate girlfriends n daughters in law, but they would never expose filth where your son is also part of it.

Katha had a reason, but their own son has a lame reason to exploit a girl.

The most disappointing thing was that when teji came to know about ONS, she didn't give any reaction apart from a single dialogue that she didn't expect it from viaan.

She never realised how far her hatred has gone and what it made viaan into. And how the impact of that ONS changed him. She could have at that time only understood her mistakes and repent.

In later episodes also, not even once both mom and maasi waited to think over how devastated viaan will be after breakup. This kind of ahows their apathy.

And I still believe there was absolutely no reason to involve aarav in all this. A child should have been kept away from all this. This way he could have been the bridge between kaviaan and helped in bringing them together again but now he has become the main reason for their seperation. This has ruined all batman robin camaraderie.
