There were other implications. That Abhimanyu will be better Father for accepting AkshNav baby and treating Abhir and Baby AkshNav the same. Because Abhinav didn't have a bio kid, so his love for Abhir was not 'divided'.

Abhimanyu however gave same love to Abhir and Roohi.

Yep in the parallel universe episodes. Because in the ones that were aired on tv and Hotstar, that moron forgot about his jaan, his dil, Roohi the moment he found out about his own blood.

Ruhi and abhir are never equal to abhimanyu.. Agar ruhi important hoti to aab tak abhimanyu aur arohi ki shadi hogayi hoti.. But ruhi's wish is not more important then abhir's. Abhir ne bola maa dada ki shadi karao to saaaab kara rahe. But ruhi ne bola matashree aur poppy ki shadi karao to sabne ulta ruhi ko hi samjha diya...now if arohi ever marry anyone then ruhi will no longer be abhimanyu ki beti..He's ready to let her go for his love and son.. Even after knowing Abhir will always be his son, even if Akshara marry anyone..

Dude didn't even realose he forgot roohi until akshara pointef it out.

Even in the camp he wanted his junior to win despite roohi being there, we all attributed it to be he just came to know so it is understandable is the defense. Then they made roohi more understanding instead of poppy being more understanding

Did they really make abhim sneak into aksharas room and caresses her baby bump when she was sleeping

And these enlightened folks don't find this extremely creepy, but called Abhinav names for helping akshara when she was in need

Ak’s room ? That’s Abhinav’s house and he gave her shelter. So when did it become her room ?

He might love this baby more than Roohi as this is Ak’s baby and this creep Birla said that too ki I will love the baby because it’s not just sharmaji’s but ur’s or something in those lines!
