Did he really expect her to stay and chat with him after the announcement. She already left due to him Seerat. And everyday he's given her more reason to believe that he's interested in seerat. Seerat has become his spokesperson, his +1 to social events like a wife, his room decorator. He agrees with Seerat insulting Sahiba. Even after Sahiba almost got molested/attacked by Romi he lets Sahiba face her flak instead of speaking up. And now his mumma himself is proposing his shaadi to Seerat. Multiple times shes heard him say ILU to Seerat- drunk or straight line. Shes heard Seerat ILU and seem her antics- date and all. The things she hasnt seem like rain dance, hugs, almost kiss, EMA offer etc also- Angad has been cool with.
So no, I dont think Angad is at all trustworthy. He wants two women. He wants Sahiba only as a punching bag. All this concern naatak is just for his self preservation and image. As soon as Sahiba is back he will ruin her life again.

I must have missed but was Angad in defensive mode today. I felt that he was desperate to clear the misunderstanding. Sahiba for sure won't believe him coz she first hand witnessed Manbeer announcing Angad's wedding to Seerat.
