They are showing Akshu going through so much stress and guilt already and on top if that abhir's wishes are always about foreshadowing be it marriage then baby girl and now miscarriage.

This is in reference to the Dr Anand ka dailogue Abhinav ji ne bhi aesa socha hota toh Abhir ka kya hota--

a) Akshara wasn't marrying him for a future when during pheras he got to know about Abhir and accepted him. Akshara was pregnant they got together coz he got attached to the baby. I am literally leaving out the fact of his empty frames and all.

b) If Abhir wasn't able to survive there's no way Akshara was willingly going to marry Abhinav. The base of their relationship was Abhir.

Abhimanyu and Akshara have a history, a child together were married before.

Since the start of the leap these parallel that aren't actually parallel are weird.

As Akshara and Abhimanyu are yet engaged as his family they can literally discuss this that whether they are okay with the baby situation or not. Abhinav was no one to even suggest that Akshara ji abortion krwa lijiye. I don't get these discussions tbh

Abhi is the one doing actual ehsaan since Nav is dead. Abhi was alive still Nav snatched Abhi's rights. Its seriously tiring to watch an comment. The story is going round nd round with their forced and illogical parallels. And Ak's character is coming across as a disgrace in the name of a human leave alone as a woman. Why is it always Abhi has to do things for her. When will she ever for just once think about him and his feelings. I havent seen such ungrateful person ever in my life. And Goenkas ko tog kya hi kehena. Its a pathetic show that has the ability to make you lethargic and frustrated!!
