One intresting theory came from twitter is that shobhna will offer miraya's proposal to Neil to make him the part of family and give him some high rank offer in mahajans group.

Lol I think she doesn't want people to find out about Prem's birth especially Bhoomi but that is just stupid, that is a very big clue
