Its actually very simple. The F'ed up moral system of this country allows this. There are no laws for this. Instead there is social stigma, embarrassment etc. Reverse the genders and even 25 percent of this would result in many FIR's being filed. And as this country goes more by media trial, the life is finished, so risk kyon lena. Very simple example. Both Aryan Khan and Rhea Chakraborty were caught in drugs case and then subsequently released after investigation.

Aryan has been Branded a nashedi forever. And he will be no matter how much his family tries to suppress..

But look at rhea, she was released and then promptly welcomed on Indian tv in a reality show.
