She Will Eventually Give Birth To Akshnav's Daughter, Most Likely Naira Sharma And That Will Be LEGACY CHILD OF YRKKH.
In Short Abhinav And Akshara Had A Complete Relationship Where They were peacefully Married For 7 Years, They Loved Each Other, Consummated Their Marriage And Their Daughter Will Carry Forward YRKKH Legacy.
Lastly Abhira Won't Be Reunited, Abhimanyu Will Die Along With His Son Abhir And Akshara Will Remain Akshara Abhinav Sharma, So No Trace Of Abhira Will Be Found After Next Few Episodes Whereas Akshnav Will Live On In Next Generation As Well As Naira Sharma!
