She isn't saying it's fixed. She is asking how they choose the winners and nominees and how they should acknowledge technicians and supporting actors.

Farhan went on that stage danced for lux but all of a sudden had a problem with them being fixed when he didn’t get his awards and no one questioned that but now all of a sudden people have an issue with timing .

Sajal made more valid points than Farhan but since she is a woman of course she is gonna get called out for it. The double standards of this whole society is so icky. Still gotta applaud the girl for voicing her opinions without giving a damn about offending anyone.
