It will. This whole marriage track should give them trp this week. They need to get ML FL married asap since none have third angle to give any further twist. Then do some family drama and separate them. Or just make ML ex come back with some sob story .

In between they can keep working on ML FL Lovestory .

They drag tracks that give them trp n just fast forward the story to bring in new trp track and then drag it again in case it works . Like that Vandhu family homeless on roads was dragged since it brought them trp) . That's how all ITV shows do.

I wanted to watch this serial since the promos aired but I just got a chance to catch up on all the episodes!!

I am just blurting out all I wanted to discuss while watching all the episodes from the beginning so please bear with me

Mohit Malik is one handsome and good actor!! I always admired him but this is the first show of his that I am watching. Totally loving his character, acting and the chemistry between the leads.

This story has a lot of potential...I really hope SP gives them the chance to tell the "Original" story they had come up with. I liked the initial episodes where most characters were gray-

Kunal- A businessman who has his heart in a right place but is constantly manipulated by his dad

Vandana- For most part, she is the mahanta ki devi like all ITV FLs but there was one scene (after the Hemant loan kaand) where she is crying alone in her bedroom saying I also want to think about my life, get married, focus on my dreams...that was kind of good to see...we all have these selfish and family-driven personalities and its a choice that we make that decides the course of our life

Vandana's bhabhi- It was good to see Abhidnya playing a normal character. Yes, she has her outbursts but I felt those were justified given how her husband was not ready to take any responsibility. She is shown to have a good heart, genuinely cares for Vandana, took care of Mrunal and respects house's elders.

Hemant- Again initially, he felt like a good guy with just some wrong decisions which he repents and an incompetent person who cares for his family.

Mrunal- although mostly an ignorant, selfish, immature person, it stuck with me how she stood by her brother when he was having an emotional breakdown and Vandana and Abhidnya were attacking him.

Bua- I even found bua a reasonable person. Though she is money minded, she genuinely cares for Kunal and his sister, she has taken care of them in the past and has her reasons to have a gripe against Kunal's dad.

I even found Vaibhav a decent guy initially. His arguments with Vandana made sense when he said Vandana should focus on her life and not sacrifice everything for her family. His not paying attention to Vandana also didn't bother me much as he seemed like focusing on earning money, which is ok for some periods in life.

I really liked the scene where Karmarkars were fighting amongst each other but then when the agent came, they all stood together. That's most of our families in India, right!! I found it soo relatable, especially since I am marathi, I really connected with Karmarkar family.

But about 40 episodes later, most characters have turned either black or white...Vaibhav was expected to turn black..of course I saw that he would be having an affair or something but rest of them, I expected to stay mostly the same..but now we have lil sis eyeing her jiju and turning into a psycho, a bhabhi-cum-college best friend who thinks its a good idea to have her friend marry a cheater, a brother who completely lacks backbone and abandoned his family with no repercussions after he came back, a FL who is borderline delusional, a bua slowly turning into a villain post ML-FL's marriage..

I do believe all of these changes are done to garner more TRPs and I do hope it works and they do get their TRPs so they can focus and show what they actually set out to show...I honestly believe, having Mrunal turn into a sauten was unplanned..they probably intended to have that cafe girl as Vaibhav's other love interest, Kunal tracking her and bringing out the truth while Mrunal and Bobby would have their love story in the future. But, TRP aunties cant do without behen-bani-sauten track it seems...

I don't blame the PH as much as I blame the channel for not letting creators take their time in telling their stories...with so much hurry to just get TRPs, all the serials eventually becoming a copy of one another and no originality left..I understand its a business but I do sincerely wish they reserve some timeslots for the serials to tell their story without caring abt the TRPs..anyway..I do hope this marriage track gets over soon..Mrunal comes back to her senses and we still have some hope of Mrunal-Bobby storyline in future and Vaibhav is soon forgotten!!

As for the future track- as everyone else on this forum, I really don't want to see Kunal-Vandana marriage so soon...I was hoping for her marriage to break, then friendship to develop between the leads and then eventually marriage...I am even ok with her to actually get married with Vaibhav, then realize he is a fraud and go through that process of heartbreak, divorce etc, while Kunal being by her side in all of this and supporting her through the process. Oh what a treat, that would be to see..It would also draw a paraller between Mr KArmarkar and Mrs. Malhotra story where I believe they were friends and Mr karmarkar was Kunal's mom's support system while she went through an abusive marriage with her husband...but alas, in a rat race of TRPs, they can't explore these angles and would have to get the leads married in next week...

My prediction on how that will go about is-

Vaibhav will ditch Mrunal as his mom wants him to marry Vandu (Why when she hates Vandu so much? I dunno..probably bcz she knows Vandu is a hardworker, submissive DIL while Mrunal is good for nothing...also she is eyeing on Vandana Niwas which they wont get if Mrunal-Vaibhav were to go against their families)..

So, Vaibhav will ask Mrunal to come to the temple while he himself doesnt intend to go there...this will help him keep Mrinal out and he can peacefully wed Vandu..

And Mrunal will probably get stuck in traffic or something and cant reach the temple so when Kunal will take Vandu to the temple, nobody will be there...but here, people will find out that Vandu is missing and also that Kunal isn't there and derive 2+2 as Vandu ran away with Kunal..or maybe someone will see them together in the temple and inform the family..either way, Vaibhav's mom will create a huge scene abt how Vandu is characterless and ran away with Kunal..now as his beti's izzat is at stake, karmarkar uncle will beg Kunal to marry Vandu..or maybe Vandu will be so angry that she will make Kunal marry her for revenge sake and that's how the leads will be married next week lol..

Meanwhile, Mrunal will find out Vaibhav's chance to go to the US is gone and he is no longer the shining apple now that he is not involved with her sis anymore (there was some reference that she always wants what is Vandu's) so she will ditch Vaibhav too and will realize her mistake opening up a possibility of Mrinal-Bobby track!

This show is making my blood boiling . Everyone knows about Vaibhav and Mrunal except Vandana.. yet none tells her.. her family even stopped Kunal from telling her. I hate Vandana's family.

Seriously..they don't have any excuse to not warn Vandana...

The only thing I liked about today's episode was Kunal's smitten gaze when he first sees Vandada in her wedding outfit and then quickly realizing this is not the right time, moving on to what he came to say

Actually, TBH, I also liked the Ye Galiyaan ye chaubala sequence...now waiting for tomorrow!! Hopefully the reveal happens but I doubt it...the wedding sequence between Mrunal and Vaibhav might be Mrunal's imagination, Vaibhav will never reach the temple..

I like the predictions made above, and yes I expected a lot from the brother Hemant.

I did not catch up on last some epis, but how come hemants wife is plotting to sell and to whom. And papers bas aise hi zhaad par lage hote hai..

Kabhi gunda nivas le jata, kabi kunal, kabhi hemant ki wife.. kya hai ye..

Han aise family na mile kisi ko.. accha they are all siblings aise nai ke step sisters or brothers hai.. so enimosity is kind of over the top.. needs to come down a bit.
