Is this another period drama? Can SLB actually do anything else except writing melodramatic, over exaggretaed period drama? He is pretty one dimensional in his film making. Hard pass! Cant believe after the atrocious Padmavat people lapped up Gangubai and perhaps this too

I hope he could take a leaf or two out of Julian Fellowes's book on creating period drama.

Visiting the set can happen away from the cameras. What will happen at the premier? . Their people have to do some major coordinating with arrivals and red carpet if there’s any combination of people who don’t want to be seen together.

But he's so good at it. Is there any other bollywood director who can execute period dramas with the same level of excellence? The visual spectacle, intricate set design, captivating music, meticulous choreography, and the grandeur of his films are unparalleled.
