I have the same question. If not Farhan, they could have given it to Bilal. And they didn't even bother to nominate Bilal in popular category. 🙄 I don't really get how come Bilal is always robbed off these awards despite being one of the best.

I was not aware yumna got international fame for trash bin. I guess we will be seeing her in Hollywood or Netflix next. The delulu of this fd is still next level.

People keep saying these awards are fan voted but so is the hum awards and the ippa awards , so every award show is basically fan voted? That’s stupid. There’s should at least be an award show just about performances with no votes. Fan voted awards don’t have much validation to me

I don't know the nitty gritty of these ptv award shows and don't care much about them to do the research. But usually every award has critics category where jury selects best actors and popular category which is open to fan votes. The fan votes can be unpredictable depending on how rabid particular fandoms are irrespective of other actors being more popular but critics award should atleast make sense and not be biased.

it’s always biased especially when it’s hosted by a specific channel. Almost all the winners this year were hum because they were hosting . It all just feels bias when everything is run by like the same five people

The whole ptv industry is filled with bias and nepotism.. what more can you expect from their award shows?

I will be watching sukoon and complaining the whole way through

Fan votes are still better than unknown juries who give award to their favs or to the ones that give them money. Even indian national award lost it credibility when saif Ali Khan won over mammotty and srk that year and that too for hum tum
