This would mean that Vidur has Prem in his basement and lets him out from time to time , that's how he was visible to Yuvika in ep 51 and that's how how Neil knew the exact words Prem said to Yuvika

LOL you are wrong. Amrendra was the one who was husband of devsena. After being manipulated by Bhallal and bijjal ( rana and father ) Shivgami ordered katappa to kill him. After he killd amrendra the truth was revealed and then she announces baby mahendra as king.
