But she has always been very politically correct in the interviews I have seen of her. So I was a lil taken aback.

Manisha on the other hand seems to have badmouthed many of her seniors and peers. Having said that, "if" (and I say IF) Ash did say that then 2 wrongs don't make a right. If someone sl*t shames you and you do the same thing back, then both are equally wrong. You dont get to play 'you did it first'. This just shows they both think saying such vile things is acceptable. There surely could have been better ways to give it back. (I mean this as a general statement, not this scandal specific or Ash specific.)

No I feed myself more than I probably should in the eating window. Less than usual but still more than I should. Like I stuff myself (even if I am not hungry) in preparation for the fasting window

But its not exactly to the point of being counter productive. I just started 4 days ago and am gradually reducing the amount as my tolerance increases.
