Geet is absolutely right that there are no guarantees in life. Who dies when is not under anyone's control. This is her choice and her decision to make and she should be the one to make it. Pushing her away for her own good is not the solution. No one knows what will happen and when, but she is determined to get him better for all of their sake. Finally he did confess his love and they have that at least. They can depend on the love to carry them through this tough time. they got married again and this time it was no compulsion that made them do that. Just their wish to be with each other. That is their own little miracle indeed.
