you know currently star plus is adding the show on YouTube, 2 epis each day and currently akshara naitik rift track is going on and one thing I noticed is how akshara’s family specially her dad and brother are standing up for her even while she’s ready to forgive naitik and go back..

even though somewhere both naitik and akshara are at fault in the Nandini Mohit issue and the fight they had, but vishambhar clear cut said to dadda jee ki akshara nahi aayegi jab tak naitik usse lene nahi aayega. On the other hand we have this nakli Maneesh uncle who’s supposed to be so much wiser given his age, and he’s forcing her to go back to the same guy who divorced her at her worst time when she’s not ready to.

Even while being traditional and conservatives, maheshwaris were light years ahead of this Goenka and Birla educated clan. It’s like all the characters have regressed

They were, they all were ❤️. They represent the rishta show. Ajkl to time paas chl rha hai. In between ek AA admi tkra gya inse, bechara apne baby ki news bi ni sun paya. Kya pta use imagination me le aaye for news sharing 🧞

Omg... I loved Nandini Mohit's track! Their story and everything was perfect. Even their MU... Nandini feeling he is marrying her out of sympathy when she overheard their friends talking.. But only after she left Mohit continued on how he is the lucky one to find someone like Nandini... Omg... 😍😍😍 Woh din best the...

I also used to like Rashmi and Nikhil but they divorced.... They had decent arranged marriage troupe too that showed how arranged marriage can fail...

My personal favorite side pair will always be Varsha Shaurya till OG Shaurya was there...

The concept was a hit already as vivah was already very popular with similar theme.

But initial epis , infact major part of aksharas journey was very real..anyone whos had arranged marriage would know ..every girl goes through the ups and downs , torn between husband and in laws , trying to fulfill everybody's expectations in a joint family ...everything looked very real..therez a reason why it was so popular from the beginning ...even kairas story as it started was beautiful & stayed that way for for long period of time...abhira ruined the legacy & keeping any expectation from the 4th gen is a waste.

I feel Legacy started going off with Vedika's entry... And it was ruined with Naira's death and basically Abhira did post mortem... Ab next gen will finally complete last rites, i.e. Cremation

But Akshara and Naitik just topped it all. I didn't like Naitik initially but he proved to be best partner for Akshara Sr. Despite all his ego and insecurities...

Varsha shaurya yes..I loved the elders..Rajshri vishambhar , gayitri raj banna..bhabhi ma daddaji were also good Aksharas dadi..

Imo the downfall started with the introduction of goenkas. They were grahan to yrkkh ..no family in yrkkh before was this narrow minded & selfish ..instead of killing akshara they cud change the actor n continue coz aksharas presence was imp in nairas life ...but thy erased the maheshwaris and sighanias altogether bit by bit

If rs shows gen 4 with the same concept , it may again work ..all depends on execution. Chances are next to nil.

Even I stopped watching the show after Vedika... I honestly, didn't feel makers justified her character, and making her negative was only way out... And same is happening to Muskaan in this generation. Talking about narrow mindedness, these people were epitome of it. I would still say that I am not in favour of pathetic things Muskaan said but only reason why Goenaks didn't budge on her question was because Abhira were together. Imagine had Muskaan been out late and stuck with a male colleague would this be acceptable by these hypocrites? The way Mimi filled Kartik against Naira was an example.

Why did Mimi push so hard for Naksh and Kirti? How long after Kartik Mom's death did Manish marry Swarna? Why weren't they blessed immediately? They are modern as long as it suits their expectations.

If you compare Goenkas of Gen 2 and Gen 3, it was all hypocrisy. Kairav replaced Naira with humshakal, and if only Singhaniyas existed, would they be fine? I heard Naksh did make huge deal out of Sirat replacing Naira but well... Who cared?

The whole phasing out of Singhaniyas was worst and in my opinion removing Pahadis is the same trajectory for the show, killed Abhinav, made Muskaan a villain, phased out Neela and flipped Abhir...

I am glad they killed Akshara's character. I mean kitna drag karte usse? Atleast Hina will be remembered well for this show, baaki kisi show mein toh she couldn't deal, kzk2 included

I was already upset when they replaced Karan, but khair koi nai.... Soon later Akshara died and now even show is dying.

People talk about how Leap 2 destroyed everything. But that's not true. Gen 3 has been a shitshow right from episode 1. Any legacy viewer can tell you that

In fact, Leap 2 brought some semblance of maturity to this show clearly lacking in this gen

People talk about White Day as the only time Abhimanyu and the fam were cruel to AKshara. But that's not true either

I was recently watching Neil's birth truth track, and guess what happened? Abhimanyu and Manjari blamed Akshara without even giving her a chance to explain. Even though she was not responsible for the mess at all. Aarohi was.

So clearly White Day was not one, isolated incident

Mother-son has this habit of blaming Akshara without even listening to her.

Arjun is a sweetheart! Had YHC gotten the trp, they would have held that standard... I mean shows are again getting little better.. But let's see..
