I still find it unreasonable if it is going for such a long time. In Neil's childhood it's fine, but now he is a legal head, have enough brains and resources to protect Neil. If he shared his concern with Neil clearly then Neil would have also become a little alert.

At this point I find neil more smarter and sane than vidur. In yesterday's episode vidur was looking like a psycho to me

Yes , the same legal head who's treated even worse than a PA and asked to do non work related trips to meet some baba the same legal head right?
