He was like this before he joined Politics.

He has been like this from the time Dhoni made VK vice captain instead of him and later removed him from Team India.

He has played crucial innings in both 200u and 2011 WC.

He can talk about it but there is no need to drag Dhoni in between when Dhoni never talked about winning the trophy himself rather have always said we won this due to Team work.

ICC event kaa theme song English mein hona chahiye. Baaki countries ke logon ko bhi samajh aana chahiye naa song kaa matlab

Agreed Team India doesn’t need any bollywood star to promote the theme song. Sirf cricketers hi kaafi hai as they are already stars playing for their national team.
For me the theme song that has been still stuck with me from my bachpan for CWC is “Come on India Dikha do, Duniya ko hilaa do “ . Though the cricket player stars changed but I would always stick to it. the one and only. ( It was I guess 1999 cwc theme)

Totally yaar. the theme songs which we heard during the 90s and 2000 and 2010s were the best and it really gives goosebumps still and it fills us with immense pride and glory and josh. Altogether its not just a song but an emotion. As cricket is an emotion for us Indians more than a game.❤️

I haven’t seen the ranveer wala song cz when I saw a glimpse of it…

Ok.. following a few posts back…. I do like the song (u know I love music) but I also have an observation - if this was to be WC anthem, it should have been visualized (video) with cricketers all over the world and the beats of the song could have crowds interspersed in the video in packed stadiums celebrating…. Kabhi kabhi sochta hooo…. I am in wrong profession.. I should be doing creative things like making videos for songs etc….

Hey Buddy yeah doctorate studies are over ( phew 😮‍💨 finally ) I am excited for WC but not sure how many matches I would be able to watch. Ohh great enjoy your time when you are at home. I have visitor (mil) from apna desh soon.

I totally agree with your idea of music video for a world cup theme song. Thats how most of the FIFA WC anthems are . Sahi mein you are in a wrong profession. You should be in Crative direction

The sachin sachin chants are of another level it takes you down the memory lane where we as kids at home also used to chant sachin sachin clap clap clap..Those were the best memories I fondly remember.
