Yes, kartik coming for revenge would have made much sense. But usko kaafi bada red flag bana diya tha. Aur bannnana nahi chahte honge. Kartik coming back means more spotlight to love triangle. Abhi usse bahut bade issues hai yuvika ki life me rather than focussing on kartik's revenge.

We shouldn't doubt our intelligence, we are sometimes better than the writters themselves
