Also one more thing in this scene seemed odd to me.

Neil asked 'Kab tak single hai app?' and she hesitated to tell him the wedding is off. As if she ddint want to? and then when he saw the ringless finger then he asked and she replied.

Hmm possible ki the anger was on Kartik. Yup he still doesn't know WHY she broke the marriage so hopefully tonight he will ask.

She wasn't hesitating as she is quite comfortable with Neil when it comes to sharing. She was avoiding that topic because she was avoiding thinking about what Kartik did. You know her habits of suppressing things from herself too. She wanted to share her pain with Neil, she wanted to talk to him but she was very overburdened with those emotions that she couldn't. It's only after watching Vidur's with the spy she mentioned Kartik.

This isn't Sophie wala hospital. This has Mahajans logo so this seems like that hospital where Prem died
