Maybe this leads to Abhi officially talking Arohi and breaking the engagement. Not because he wants to get back with Akshara. Of course we all know he does. But to just formally close that chapter. After all his responsibilities are to Abhir and well he cannot be an uncle to his son.

Girl patient is sent to OT saying doctor is good. Ar asks abhimanyu. Ar says surgery is not easy. If abhimanyu is there it will be easy. Mahi ar go in OT.parents get scared with their daughter in OT . Ak says she will be fine.

Ak tells them she will give Prasad tomorrow as it's Ganesh stapna and their daughter will be alright.

Hand leaving pics are for abhi leaving his patients shown on wall with a painting.

Ak prays kanhaji abhimanyu always saved his patients. Save him from guilt and he needs to be in surgery.

Abhi comes in scrubs and ak is very happy thanks kanhaji.

Abhi comes to parents and says sorry I forgot my responsibility as doctor for some time now I won't . Your daughter will be fine. Abhi goes to OT seeing ak .

Ak thanks kanhaji and sits near box of abhi sees broken label and says I did much.

Kv gets muskan out and she says if you get me to coffee shop will our relationship be fine.

Kv shows pallavi and her bf. He says we don't have any relationship except professional. She is happy in her personal and professional relationship.

Ak gives half choclate again to abhi and he takes it saying I will meet maa now. Before that I will do something for her will you help me. Ak says ofc.

Role reversal of abhira in their characteristics is discussed before each other one is fierce another is soft in ulta .

Abhi gave full big choclate to ak. Ak gave 2 small chocolates to abhi. Both shared choclate in their pain and happiness. 2 small are their babies saplings , one big is abhis mom to ak. 😜
