Vidur knows Bhoomi is very intelligent he won't involve Bhoomi for his own sanity.

He can use NeiVika against each other. Like using Yuvika as Neil's weakness & using Neil as Yuvika's weakness.

Irrespective of their relationship status NeiVika are each other strength & support so he can use them against each other.

Yup revelation of the fire incident means revelation of Neil's feelings in the true sense so yup this will trigger Yuvika's mind and she will finally finally acknowledge how much he loves her & ofcourse the moment she acknowledges his feelings, she will get the guts to ponder upon her feelings too
