More than protect, i think she's leaving it upto Seerat Angad to decide what they want to do after she's out of the picture. She is not gonna embarass them. Anyway why does she need to speak about Angad Seerat in public in front of the family where people take 2 secs to turn against her. based on precedent it will backfire on her if she speaks without solid proof and she will be told off for doubting her husband and her sister. If she had videotaped the confession then she could have exposed Seerat Angad. But in Sahibas mind she cant expose now when she has no solid proof. Moreover she is too hurt, broken now. Not in situation to have a verbal sparring with anyone. But i think logically at some point she has to have an outburst and speak about what she saw/heard.. because if Angad doesn't realize he confessed to the wrong person and subsequently Sahiba doesn't realize the same - why would she reconcile with him.

Ideally she should. Logically she should. But its itv. Toh drag karna hai plot ko. Ultimately Angad is gonna let her go without her giving any explanation only.

Moreover Sahiba has seen the family flip like a dosa on a pan. Daarji who wants to punish Angad now can quickly turn against her and insult her for doubting their raja beta. We as audience know that if she revealed it, Angad would realize his blunder of confessing to wrong person and everything would be solved. But Sahiba doesn't know that. Sahiba has enough precedent where nothing she says matters even if it's truth. People only abuse her. So why would she care to give explanation now. She just wants to leave asap.
