Puneet Sir won't have any problem with that I guess because Bhoomi keep on blasting DB in every episode

DB is important character. His prem ka birthday bhool Jana scene gave away alot about him

I guess he allowed that because Girish sir is senior too, not as senior as him but still much more experienced that Mohit or Anjali. Also that worked for showing the audience that Dhanraj has some fight in him, because as far as i remember, his cunnigness was very muted before that, or only visible around Gargi and DJ. That was to show us that Dhanraj isn't one to back without a fight.

Tho i agree, it's all about the demand of the show and the script. So maybe if there is a scene like that between DB and Neil, it would be similarly muted and sassy, not very loud like the DJ-Yuvika confrontation.

No the senior actors always have a clause that juniors don't overpower them in a scene. They can show both Neil and DB playing mind games while both are not below each other, but a scene where he loses from Neil (who isn't even technically the lead) won't come

Dhanraj scene had a specific purpose to show that he no longer will remain same... Neil ka they can show him calling out DB, but will be followed by DB responding equally hard

Bhumi blasts DB when DB is in her side, its not like they show DB losing out to her, Neil ke saath that won't be the case

@bold exactly my point and there two both will be equal to each other, it won't be Neil overpowering DB and leaving him speechless

I definitely respect your POV.

Even before 75th, the day in hospital where DB recognised Isha Arjun as twins that scene also gave out alot. It looked like DB had updates about Prem's life.
