I don't wear too heavy Desi dresses so I don't know.

I wear Desi casual wears a lot but not with dupatta. Dupattas are too much to handle for me. Mostly just kurta and pants and that too cotton. I have a weird obsession with cotton clothes. I rarely wear any other fabric and it suits the climate of Kerala as well.
