There's some BTS of him training in sword fighting and stuff. 
He's seemingly returned to the 21st and done some training and then returned back for the Swayamvar (there was a month or so gap between him leaving and the Swayamvar happening)
Ofc it shouldn't translate into him comfortably beating princes and soldiers who've been training their whole life, but it's ITV after all
