I guess some European can be a little tan. But feature wise Iqra is very desi looking just like sajal and ahad is not more good looking than khushhal or any of the other cast.

They might have chosen ahad because momina wanted everyone she knows in the projects and ahad might not play any other role other than the lead guy. Supporting roles are only for international projects.

It's an upcoming movie. They are all shooting in Istanbul for it and this is the reason for all those rumours with shehzad roy. That reddit post made it look like sajal is vacationing in Istanbul with shehzad roy.
