Let us give some credit where its due.

Yuvika doesn't usually belittle people in work environment be it Phoenix staff or colleagues in Mahajan office, she does not throw her weight around. She is mostly empathetic & helpful be it to Radhika Khatri in office when she was collapsing with heart attack, or chef who was stuck in kitchen fire now, for whom Yuvika ran inside to help him.

Yuvika is mostly hardworking, not wanting to take excuses to escape her work load (but nope, she isn't smart working).

Getting some motivation from her parents words when she is totally emotionally wrecked to not give up a fight, is also fine.

But these aren't sufficient enough to take up high responsibilities in corporate/business world.

Yuvika currently has NO experience, learning curve, training, skills, neither daily operations hand holding by some expert to groom her for higher responsibility, forget about capability that comes later thru a proper professional journey.. She is still way too naive, emotional, careless, not alert with her environment & surroundings, not a quick learner from past mistakes, not proactive, not a good planner & multi-tasker, but she also is over confident many times.

Even in most school events before playing AV publicly, someone responsible at the venue verifies the version few minutes before its final streaming, she didn't care to do it in prestigious 75 years corporate event, she was working in DJ's team then, but she did not insist to play final version before her boss & get his formal approval.

In this hotel re-launch eventwith such a big gathering in a metro city, emergency checklist with a backup fire engine / ambulance arrangement is bare minimum with some alternate exit protocols she didn't even bother to look into it, but was in full la la land of her father's dream.

Yuvika failed to be alert & responsible in BOTH tasks with public gathering's covered by press, period (keeping aside DJ/xyz plotting & ruining her events, ofcourse her gender doesn't matter here).
