Maybe Sahiba is studying in govt college where they have very little fees. It did not look like an expensive private college since private college cannot be expected to not have admission form left even when deadline was not over. That can only happen in govt colleges.

Because I do not see the Brars humilating Seerat. It is Sahiba and Angad who has previously talked back to Seerat's deeds. No one else has done. Manveer is also now in team Seerat.

To be honest when Bebe was uttering that sentence , I felt like she was foreshadowing that Sahiba's situation will be exactly like Manveer. Her husband will go behind some third angle . I hope that does not come true ever.
