Obviously I am not gonna argue with Preet Di regarding Mahabharata because she is far more knowledgeable than me with regards to MB as well as life but yup I have a certain perspective from which Yudhisthir wasn't grey, pandavas weren't grey they all were true to their essence. Krishna exists hi ish liye Karta tha taki Pandavas Duniya K liye white rahe aur Ranchhod Krishna khud Bane. That's my perspective.

I can only say this about Krishna that he had to choose between less evil and more evil so he chose less evil, and his concern was more than Pandavas and Kauravas

He asked Draupadi to stop putting the act and go into inner chambers when she came to complain against Keechak to Virat

How are these being not grey in anyway?

I have no issues with them doing chhal against enemies that's how politics/war is, but he did actually use his people and neutral ones and threw them off bus to reach his goals, he was definitely not white..

I will call Draupadi's staking BLACK smiley36 Grey tho kuch bhi nehi smiley37 But in my opinion there is a difference between BEING Grey and DOING anything grey/black on a particular day. smiley9

As Kusum rightly mentioned it's about the era. Even now in any conservative family if a girl returns home & tells her father about a guy eyeing her badly on road, that father pehle bolega Kal se DUSRE RASTE se jaana. Phir woh baap grey ho geya? In that era the whole freaking society was like this father.

I am not trying to justify Yudhisthir. Just stating few things which we often overlook while criticising MB.

That is not the thing, not at least what Mahabharat states, I agree many places Krishna did take up the blames but not always.

Khandavdehen me Krishna and Arjun destroyed the whole forest ensuring no animal bird reptile escapes, if any bird tried to escape, they hit him by an arrow to kill it and throw him into the forest, just to please Agnidev. Is it something a white person can do? Like many animals got killed

Also do we really want to believe that a girl willingly decided to sleep with Bheem the very night her brother was killed by Bheem?

The chhal in war is a completely different thing that happens in war and there is nothing wrong in doing that, even not Bheem for mocking Dhirtrashtra post war is understandable but what about throwing others off the bus.

Yudhisthir was actually a crybaby and it was only able to do something because of Arjun Bheem and yet he didn't feel a thing to stake them,

There is a famous line, Krishna choosing lesser Evil smiley36 But Krishna actually taught those Pandavas how to give it back to the evil in lesser evil way. smiley14

Swastik actually showed Yudhisthir staked his brothers because Duryodhan staked his brother and he had no option left.

No way will they show Yuvika as grey she is to ITV FL

My mistake to expect something else

depends on the perspective and the world you live in, if you ask the same question to a person living in western world that father would be termed as toxic while in a society like ours it’s open to interpretation without tagging him

I got that Di. Yudhisthir was cry baby for sure, even Pandavas entertaining themselves with girls wasn't a white thing but that time THE DEFINITION of WHITE was DIFFERENT that's my ONLY POINT smiley36 smiley9

But its not like he did it "for one day", he immediately agreed for the second game of dice the next day, ensured Draupdi never even expresses her sorrows and events, even didn't try to save her from Keechak, where exactly are we getting a "one day" wrong thing here?

Yudhisthir didn't tell Draupadi to go to a different route with Keechak, even that would have been OK, he asked her to go exactly to the same spot where she was at the fear of being s**ually exploited, yehi bol deta ki appoint her to another place or to go somewhere else to I would have said chalo it wasn't grey, but nhi wahin wapas jao he said.
