Leena Gangopadhyay is given credit in all the serials. You can see her name in all serials. The screenplay writers then rewrite the screenplay in order to adapt it to the National audience and the region that is depicting (in TMD it is Punjab). The stories written by Leela will be based on mindset of Bengalis which will not fly with national audience always.

But what perplexes me is why all serials are taken from Leena Gangopadhyays story .There are so many good writers in our country why not try them? There are many in Bengal itself.

Like TMD producers do not fail to include Seerat in all scenes similarly Star executives cannot go without Leena Gangopadhyay.

Angad stops Santhosh from taking Seerat
Manveer is feeling sympathy for Seerat and she sits with her and hate talking sahiba

Angad feeds Seerat and only then she agrees to eat

And Seerat gets the dress sahiba was wearing for confession and sitting there feeling jealous
