It's better to give than to receive. Giving claims someone to protect you. Receiving obliges you to protect (and in the real world, buy a gift for that person).
Question for organizers:
1. Will the assigning of Rakhis be kept anonymous? Meaning only the organizers know who gave away what Rakhi to whom?
2. We only get one chance to give away 5 Rakhis? Then if there are no clear winners and if we have surplus of one colour, we can choose to give it away, right? And this will be on the open forum, not on Google forms?

Only we'll know, for the first round atleast, second mein you'll be asking for raakhis, so you might get an idea ki who gave you.

One chance in R1, one in r2
If you have more than one after R1 ends and you feel like Santa, you can give away the extra to the people needing to complete the set.
This will be on the same Google form, because alag banane ka zyada kuch matlab hoga nahi, I'll just try to find time to update in a post if someone does manage to complete their set in those 24 hrs so that even you are in loop a little.
Answers in red.
Can someone update this in the faq in page 1?
Thanks.
Will R2 happen anyway? Or only if there are no clear winners in R1?
By asking for Rakhis - do you mean we'll actually have to ask people who have surplus?
Or will it be upto them to volunteer to give their extra rakhis to anyone they want to - that they'll see on the list you put up?

Anyway, unless somehow all 18 of you manage to win

Ask people, yup

They can give the Raakhi to whoever they want who needs to complete the set
