We got to know baad mein & changed the cylinder. Company people informed hum Khana banate woh Jo bhi tha which he tied/attached on the cylinder woh lagakar tho blast ho jata

People who works under us, we should continuously keep an eye on them as many times unintentionally they can literally kill us with their intelligence 😳

They are often not that cautious, we should be extra vigilant
