The one with reddit post attached had hastage of sajal, bilal, saboor, wahaj, yumna etc. So anyone who searches for any of these hastage will see that tweet. Even though no one liked it, the views on those posts are high. They used hastage of all popular pak actors in it. More than 200 people saw that tweet within an hour and now it has more than 1K views.

Sara's tweets can be seen only if we search just sajal without the hastage on Twitter or if someone follows her. Since I constantly check her and antonym's account I saw her tweet. So Kiran Raza or her friend either went around checking sajal on Twitter or directly checked sara's account to see that tweet.
