How is everyone? Today and tomorrow are being celebrated as Raksha bandhan, festival of brother n sister where the sister ties rakhi, a decorative thread to the brother 's wrist seeking protection and does his aarti, a sort of Puja or worship, praying for his well being and the brother gives a gift to the sister symbolic of protecting and taking care of her always!! So busy today, going to one husband's sister's house today and my brother's home and tomorrow another sister will visit us.

Agree with you Nado, frozen shoulders is curable, my husband had it once and it went with exercise.
