Not really sure what they intend with the Swayamvar tbh. I find it a bit weird that they're doing it so early after the death of the King.
Another thing is that horse riding and sword fighting might be a bit alien to Ishaan the actor. The other two (Riya and Krishna) have done their share of historical serials in the past, and Vineet did CID (which has its share of fighting/battle scenes), but this is probably Ishaan's first historical serial.
Or, as Chinmayi said, this is a setup to get that Maharishi sword fighting scene in? Could easily happen if the winner in each round must battle the princess in a one-on-one sword fighting competition.
