What is with Shah Rukh and them

Fan had potential but failed big time.

ALR was all excited about about Zero and even SRK was all about Playing a dwarf with VFX. ALR had made good films before that. Heartland, love stories etc. Even satrangi re was ok despite being careless about portrayal of mental health. I couldn't even sit through Zero.

Imtiaz, whom we shipped with SRK as the perfect new age romance storyteller, also failed with JHMS right from the title and the female lead. It should have always been Harry's story and Sejal shat over it with her bad acting.

Again a promising story failed.

What is up with that Raj and DK collaboration which they spoke about on rajeev masand interview?

Rohit and dilwale were an embarrassment.

I'm glad Sid Anand didn't speak much and let his film do the talking. The promos of pathaan promised an out and out action film and they gave that without much blah blah about his relationship with SRK and what not.

Anirudh, who had so many expectations, has failed with the music royally. Chaleya is only a saving grace. The album sucks so far. Only aniruddh South fanboys are for it.

Why do all of them wanna experiment with SRK only?

Why can't they stay in their lanes and deliver what they're known for?

Jokes apart, is it the pressure to deliver with one of biggest stars that gets to them?

Even anubhav Sinha has all but one bad film, Ra.One. which again had potential but failed.

I would guess Instead of working on making on a nice film they sometimes get caught up in his stardom and just impressing people. If Jawan makes money all these complaints now will probably be forgotten.

In the case of Anand Rai I dont think he was ever that good to begin with. He made like 8 films and only 3 were good.

100%. Instead of making a film, they try to make an SRK film. In Rohit's case, an SRK Kajol film.

It ain't about experimentation. They stop experimenting and try to do a Yash Raj or KJo.

SRK a 100 percent interferes with the scripts to make them SRK fan friendly and the directors just usually are too much in awe of him to interfere. I am curious to see what damage he has done to Hirani.

I agree with you. Ra. One was interfering of highest levels. As was zero. Too much of VFX talks and less of soul.

Anubhav Sinha Apologizes every year I believe? I remember he did in 2021 also and Sinha is one of the most important filmmakers we have today.

How wonderful would JHMS be if it were more of Harry and less of Sejal and no Anushka Sharma?

I love TWM and twmr. Even ranjhana was a good film with an even greater soundtrack and dhanush.

I liked Tanu/Manu both films. I dislike Rhanjana but it was a Success

But before that he made 2 films (Magic and Strangers) I doubt anyone knows those movies 😆 Then Zero I heard was bad. An his movie Raksha Bandhan w Akshay I heard was bad 😆 If you count Atrangi as a nice movie its still half hits and half flops. Imtiaz is another one where I dont know why anyone goes to work in his films. Alot of them end up sucking/flopping also

If I were a Tamil film fan ,I would be irritated with Atlee. Nayanthara and Sethupathy are treated like side actors.It is all about SRK in multiple avatars.

I will wait for the trailer. Let me see if the villain and leading lady are given atleast one dialogue, action ,scene .

It may not do the expected numbers in TN.

Salaar has much bigger advance in the US..and we haven't even seen the heroe's face yet.
