I don't know exactly what was going on in their heads but I have always felt that after Sajal/Ahad's wedding things were very different. Ahad's mom used to support Sajal quite a bit on sm before the wedding but things started changing after few months. I believe this was shot in dec 2020, during covid time and I also think Sajal came to Karachi while Ahad stayed back in Canada. So it could be any reason for them to be bitter, maybe they would have wanted to see Sajal and Ahad together in that shoot and/or maybe they would have asked her not to be part of this but she still went ahead, who knows.
