A lot has been said about Arijit here, yes he is the best singer we have around here, and i think would have been one of the strongest contender if he had taken part in SAREGAMAPA also, but well why cry over spilled milk now.
There are few things that i m happy about arijit not winning FG. For one he would be stuck with someone, be it RR or Rex or Qazi , that would only reduce his talent and singing capability i feel and no one can complement his singing in FG sorry folks, i m an ardent fan of shamit, neither shamit nor keerthi can compete with arijit in some songs.
Secondly, he would be busy witha lot of crap like advertisements, meeting ppl, shows and all, yes we would love to see him doing shows but well what is the difference when ravinder paaji also can give shows, Abhijeet sawant also can give shows and Fame Jodi is giving shows now, i think he is beyond all that.
Money, i m sure in the long run he is goign to make much much more than all the contestants of Indian idol and FG made together so we can forget aout that.
The postivite aspects he has is that he has the talent to make his own music, if u remember when rabbi came to talk to them in FG, he told , gone are the days when someone pens the lyrics, somenoe does the music and u just come and sing, now u have to do everything on ur own, and if u look at some of the best solo performers (according to me) in india Palash sen does his own work mostly and internationally Bryan Adams. So i guess long way to go arijit.
He was mentioning that though he wins htis competition he will jsut win a competition and not be some name like winner of fame jodi adn all, i say arijit u are just lucky, am not sure if u are in the contract with sony or anything just incase if u are free, u have all the time and resources to be all by yourlsef and make it big.
So you not winning fame jodi is a luck and a boon in disguise for you, plesae dont ever be worry about it amd arijit fans, plz dont feel sad that he didnot win, his music and his voice nad his sur ka gyaan is beyond all these small things.
One thing, i m an ardent fan of shamit and will remain so, but the truth is Arijit is anyday a better singer than shamit and i have no qualms in accepting it.
